Aloe Vera has beneficial, restorative and softening properties. Aloe Vera and other synergistic components such as Echinacea, Vitamins C and A and Icelandic Lichens favor the health of teeth and gums.

Ideally, brush the teeth three times a day. In the practice of recommended dental hygiene, two minutes of daily brushing with a movement of the gum to the tooth can get proper sanitation. Do not eat or drink (except water) after brushing at night. Be aware that some sugary foods and acids (such as soda or lemon) greatly damaged teeth. Consume in moderation.
